Manager of Financial Services

The Manager of Financial Services leads our Finance Team, serves as a key member of our Executive Management Team, and drives departmental collaboration to ensure CSDSIP’s financial and operational success. As a CSDSIP team leader, the Manager of Financial Services is responsible for supervising and directing CSDSIP accounting and financial activities, preparing and delivering monthly financial statements, analyzing key operational trends, and providing executive level explanation of budget variances. The Finance Manager also develops the annual budget, complex financial forecasts, and rating models incorporating actuarial elements. Though the position demands extensive knowledge of accounting principles, the ideal candidate would strengthen the already collaborative nature of our Finance Department and understand that the position requires more than just numbers and spreadsheets. We are looking for someone who can balance the independent, detail-oriented portion of their duties with CSDSIP’s relaxed and collegial environment and possesses the interpersonal skills to support and empower our team.

Our Finance Department ensures CSDSIP’s continued financial and operational success and our Manager of Financial Services not only guides the Finance Team, but works on the Executive Management Team to plan, promote, and drive CSDSIP into a successful future.

The Requirements: 

• Leadership experience, with demonstrated abilities creating a productive and team-centered environment
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles
• Willingness to take a collaborative approach to financial services
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A Self-starter, capable of working independently and concurrently managing multiple projects and tasks
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Clear oral and written communication and strong public speaking skills
• Ability to grasp the big picture through intricacies and details
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to two or three times per year

The Pay: 

$90,000 - $117,000 Salary
