About the Event


In collaboration with the Colorado Office of School Safety, we are bringing our Members a timely and practical educator safety training designed to build confidence, awareness, and real-world skills for today’s school environments.

 

Designed by the Crisis and Trauma Resource Institute (CTRI), this engaging 4-hour workshop equips participants with tools to defuse situations before they escalate into aggression or violence, using a trauma-informed approach to de-escalation.

Through a blend of theory and hands-on practice, participants will:

  • Understand how trauma responses show up in crisis situations
