Finance & Administration

The financial stability of the Pool is of utmost importance, it's how we provide stability for our Membership and build trust in our combined future. The Finance & Administrative Departments, other Pool staff and the Board spend considerable time evaluating surplus levels to ensure our financial stability and preparedness for the future, no matter what.

The Administrative Department is responsible for overseeing all CSDSIP enterprises and coordinating department collaboration. The Finance Department responsible for tracking the Pool’s assets, liabilities, surplus, income, expenses, and cash flows. Together, they make sure CSDSIP continues to run smoothly, and provide great service for our Members.
